Welcome to Iakinthos luxury residence.
The residence consists of two floors with a total area of 170 sq.m. and it can host up to six (6) people. At the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and closets.
All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided.
Outdoors there is a 28 sq.m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car is also available.
Housekeeping is provided every 3 days (or upon request).
Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.

Quality Standards
The residences are painted with premium quality, ecological paint certified by the E.U. Eco-labelling Board. It does not contain ammonia or other dangerous substances, such as aromatics hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates.
During the construction of the residences, high quality and certified heat and sound insulating materials were used.
Our pool is regularly cleaned and maintained to make sure the water has the correct pH levels and is safe to use.
We also use eco-friendly laundry products for linen and towels and cleaning products for every surface of the residence.
Hot water is available all day long through solar water heating.
Equipment & Amenities
In the bathrooms we provide high quality amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap).
In the kitchen we use high quality branded appliances such as LG, Whirlpool, Zanussi, Philips and Nespresso.
All balcony doors and windows are equipped with insect screens.
All power sockets in the house are safe for children.
Iakinthos (hyacinth) is a small and beautiful flower native to the eastern Mediterranean countries and its color varies from violet blue to bluish purple.
The flower name is derived from Greek mythology. Iakinthos was a handsome young man, lover of Apollo, who he accidentally killed with a disc. The myth says that Apollo did not allow Hades, the god of Underworld, to claim him. Instead he created a flower, hyacinth, from his spilled blood and the tears of Apollo stained the newly formed flower’s petal with the sign of his grief!
